What got me into CrossFit? I had a friend at a previous job who told me about it. I was always athletic and enjoyed participating in sports. This gives me that same outlet that I missed.
What do I love most about coaching? I like seeing our members grow and succeed. I also like when they think they can’t and they turn around and prove themselves wrong and do it.
Favorite workout: I generally enjoy any workout with heavy barbell or long chippers. But if I had to pick:
