What got me into CrossFit? I started CrossFit in 2017, hoping to get back in shape after having my son. I originally thought I'd go back to my normal gym routine after a while, but I quickly realized I loved the accountability and motivation that comes with working out alongside other people. 

It's been almost 6 years, and I'm fitter than I'd ever been before, but what really keeps me coming back are the friendships I've made. 


What do I love most about coaching? Coaching has given me a chance to get to know the members even better, and I love having the opportunity to encourage and inspire them to learn something new or improve on a skill. Seeing an athlete go from "I could never do that" to "maybe I'll try" to "I am doing that" is probably the best part.

Favorite workout: My favorite workout is DT, but honestly, I love any workout with lots of barbell movements.
