What got you into CrossFit? I've always liked challenges and I was bored with regular workouts. After my first class I promised myself that I would never do CrossFit again, it was too hard and I wasn't able to do it. That was 10 years ago, and I've been doing CrossFit consistently since then, not just because of the benefits and challenges but also the community and friends that I've made along the way. It keeps getting better and better.

What I love most about coaching? The progress! Seeing our members being able to perform movements that they wouldn't thought about doing before, seeing their progress with the weights, and knowing that I can be that person to help a little bit of that progress.

Favorite Workout? I like long workouts, usually when we have a combination of weightlifting movements and some kind of Gymnastics all together. One of my favorite workouts is the 12 days of Christmas.
