Do you allow drop-ins?

Yes, we love drop-ins! When hosting drop-ins we ask that you have 3 months of previous CrossFit experience and have base proficiencies commensurate with an athlete who has an understanding of the 9 foundational CrossFit movements and the Olympic lifts: Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo Dead High-pull, Medicine Ball Clean, Snatch, and Clean. Please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes early to your first drop in to get signed in.

What is your drop-in fee?

Our drop in rate is $15 per session. We also offer weekly and bi-weekly rates for those who will be in the area for an extended period.

Do I have to be in shape to start?

Absolutely not! Our programs are scalable to ALL athletes starting points from sedentary to professional athlete.

Am I too old to start?

No, in fact we have several members ranging in age from 13 to 73!

How can I get started?

We have several ways to get started with our programs. We have a beginner’s on-ramp program that all new members will have to complete. Book a free one-on-one intro session with one of our certified coaches to explore your fitness goals, learn more about FMCF, and find the beginner option that is right for you!

I have pre-existing injuries, can I participate?

Absolutely! We can modify movements around just about any condition. Additionally with proper form and technique you often can rebuild lost muscle around problem areas to provide a higher quality of life as well as improving your general fitness.
